What this actually is
If you've been running on empty, if the world feels loud and your own voice feels small, this is 90 minutes for you to set all of it down.
The Women's Reiki Circle is a small, warm gathering of women. We meet in person, once a month. We'll talk a little, share some Reiki, and hold space for whoever wants to speak. You don't have to share anything. You just have to show up.
It's a place to feel connected and safe. And honestly, it's also a place to have a little fun. Just women, gathered, coming home to themselves.

An evening to stop fighting where you are and let yourself be here.
A lot of us spend our energy arguing with what is already true. You shouldn't be this tired. You should be further along by now. You shouldn't still feel this way about it. You should be handling this better.
So you keep pushing against it. You talk yourself out of what you feel. You wait for things to look different before you let yourself rest, or grieve, or choose. And the fight quietly takes more out of you than the thing itself.
This month's Circle is an invitation to stop arguing with where you are. Acceptance isn't giving up, and it doesn't mean you like it. It's letting what is true be true, so you can stop bracing against it and see what you actually want to do next.

This is for you if:

- ·You've been fighting how things are, and you're tired of the fight
- ·You're new to Reiki, you've felt it before, or you've been curious for a while. All are fine
- ·You want to leave feeling held, not handled
You don't need to be a "spiritual person." You don't need to know anything about Reiki. You don't need to be ready to "do the work." You just need to walk in.
Your guide
Hi, I'm Amy. I'm an embodiment coach and Reiki guide based in Arundel, Maine. I work with women in midlife who are tired of over-giving, people-pleasing, and running on empty. I use nervous system work, somatic practices, and yes, Reiki. But the real work is learning how to come home to yourself.
I started the Women's Reiki Circle because I believe every woman needs a place to go, to be witnessed, and to actually feel understood.
A few questions
Do I need to know anything about Reiki?
Nope. Most women in the room will be new to it too.
What if I don't want to share?
You don't have to. Witnessing is its own kind of medicine.
What if I'm nervous?
That's normal, and I'll be there to warmly greet you when you walk in.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear something comfortable you can sit in, and a cozy layer. Bring a water bottle.
Is there a refund policy?
Because of the small group size, tickets are non-refundable. But you can transfer your seat to a friend. Just email me.
Can men come?
This circle is held for women.
